The go to Local Independent Estate Agency in Bramhall and surrounding areas. Setting up in July 2018 on Fir Road, husband and wife duo Leighton and Gemma started out as a dynamic duo with bags of experience in the property market, having worked both locally and central London. Launching with a unique model that combines the benefits of physical premises and local knowledge with the transparent fees of an online agent, the business quickly took off and has since shown no sign of slowing.
A hybrid agent: combining the hands-on personal service associated with High Street agents with the technology led, fixed fee ethos of an online agent. People don’t want to and shouldn’t have to pay excessive sums to sell their property. The creation of the online agents offered a cheaper solution, but often failed to deliver the personal and professional service required to see through the largest and most complex transaction, most people undertake. Customer service and local knowledge can be lost in an online world but with over thirty years of combined experience there are few problems Leighton and Gemma have not resolved before.
Currently a team of 6 dedicated property professionals, Leighton & Gemma Snow are looking to invest in an experienced Property professional whose values and passions are aligned with those of the team.

Job Profile:
To Allow Leighton and Gemma some time to invest in developing their current employee’s professional development in property, we are excited to be helping this passionate and successful small business find the next integral member of the team.

As Sales Manager, you will be an experienced Valuer, and Lister, you will be confident with photography, floor plans and Measure-ups on properties.
Naturally, you’ll get your thrills from winning instructions and believe in the service.
You will take time and be articulate when writing property descriptions to maximise marketing.
You will be confident managing your own diary and appointments.
Be a team player, there is no hierarchy here, everyone plays an important role and works collaboratively.
You will equally have some crack, be fun, outgoing and have a laugh!  

Although it would be a big advantage if you know the Bramhall area well, it’s not essential.
Have knowledge of Cube/ MRI or similar Property related software.  
What is essential:

Experience in Measure up’s, photo’s floor plans, Listing, Valuing.
You will be super passionate about your work and understand the value in what you do and what that means to each customer.
You know property, the market and are up to date with the Industry news.  
What is on Offer:
Hours:       Monday – Thursday 9am-5:30pm, 5pm Finish on Fridays.
                   Every other Saturday 9-4:30pm (mainly viewings)
A Basic salary of around £25k (Candidate dependant)
Commission – Structure TBC, likely to be a quarterly Bonus.
Car – Open to negotiation
Pension Scheme.
Holiday allowance – 4 weeks (closed bank Holidays)
Working with small, highly efficient, fun and adult environment (apart from when it’s time for beer pong with all the Thank you gifts from clients)
