Helpdesk Coordinator
£18,000 – £21,000
My client is looking to recruit a helpdesk advisor to support their engineering Helpdesk. It will be working for a large FM provider who complete planned preventative and reactive maintenance to their client's portfolio of buildings. You will take the calls from the clients for any maintenance issues on site and allocate engineers or subcontractors to the job.

The main duties and responsibilities are:

Field incoming calls from customers
Work with engineers to allocate roles
Strong customer service skills to keep clients up to date with work and development
Raise work orders for PPM and reactive works
Administration -Raising PO's
Run reports collecting asset management data
The Ideal candidate should possess:

Strong I.T skills and high-level admin background
Good communication skills and telephone manner
Passionate about building relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues
Confident attitude
Good organisational skills
Experience with Microsoft excel
