We are recruiting a team of Helpdesk Advisor to act as an emergency response for a 24 hour facilities helpdesk. If you’ve previous experience in hospitality and/or customer service and enjoy working evening, weekend and/or night shifts, this could be the perfect role for you.
My client take pride in developing their team and enhancing their careers, we’re seeking dependable professionals to add to the team. The Helpdesk advisor will be responsible for providing out of hours support and will make decisions on behalf of their clients.
Answer out of hours calls and triage caller requests;
Arranging contractor support to commercial and investment sites;
Taking detailed messages where appropriate and emailing to the relevant person;
Monitor CCTV points and regularly log checks and note any incidents;Example shifts available;
Monday to Thursday 5pm to 10pm
Friday / Saturday / Sunday 5pm to 9pm
Monday to Friday 10pm to 8am
Saturday / Sunday 8am to 5pm
Saturday / Sunday 5pm to 8am
This is an evening and/or night shift role, own transport or close residence to Trafford is essential
