CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR
UP TO £23,000 (POSSIBLY NEGOTIABLE) + BENEFITS
We're supporting a highly successful group of companies in the Salford area who is looking to expanding their operation due to an increased volume of business. As such, they're now seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join the team.
The successful candidate will work closely within their business customers to handle their daily needs, provide updates on cases and open new cases on behalf of the customer. This position requires a highly organised individual who has great communication/relationship building skills, administration and reporting.
THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:
Working within a busy office environment in a Customer Service Administrator position
Managing a small portfolio of clients, responding to their queries and requests
Allocating and managing the daily workload to ensure customer expectations are met
Delivering first class customer service at all times and ensuring all files are updated
Creating statistical reports for clients as and when required
Monitoring SLA's and ensuring requirements are met
Handling complaints and escalating where required
Manage the renewals process for clients, ensure instructions are emailed and invoices are raised and sent
Updating cases with notes, reports, status changes and ensuring work is assigned
Handling the post and email inbox
Taking payments and allocating to the account
General administrationTHE PERSON:
Experience in a customer service focused position within an office environment
An excellent communicator with the ability to build relationships
Computer literate with MS Word, Excel, Outlook
Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Highly organised individual
