Connections Recruitment are working in partnership with a Leading International Educator who are seeking a Client Service Advisor to join their team. You will be part of a team who maintain strong relationships with clients, offering support and guidance.
This role is a split of 70% email vs 30% telephony communication with the purpose of acting as the main point of contact for a territory of UK based clients and managing client administration and service support.
Generate reports based on student performance and progress;
Support clients with queries joining instructions, enrolments and bookings;
Effectively resolve complaints and prevent reoccurrence of similar issues;
Prioritise activities across all accounts to ensure smooth delivery;
Capture course requirements, check availability against course schedule;
Ensure effective communication between the business and client;
